This Privacy Policy describes how L Hull Industries Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), operating as The Inner Circle, collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with our seller tools platform and our use of the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API).

1. Who We Are

2. Data We Collect via SP-API

When a member connects their seller account, we access the following data through the Amazon Selling Partner API solely to power our tools:

• Orders data — order history, item quantities, prices, and fees — used exclusively for the Profit Tracker.
• Financial transactions — settlement data and fee breakdowns — used exclusively for profit and ROI calculations.
• Inventory data — stock levels, inbound shipments, sell-through rates — used exclusively for the Inventory Tracker and restock alerts.
• Catalogue and pricing data — product details, dimensions, and current prices — used for the Repricer and Catalogue Scanner tools.
• Listing data — the member's own active listings — used by the Repricer to apply price changes the member has configured.

We access only the minimum data necessary for each feature. SP-API data is never used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the specific tool function that requested it.

3. How We Use SP-API Data

• Profit Tracker: display real-time profit, margin, and ROI to the authenticated member only.
• Inventory Tracker: show stock levels and trigger restock alerts for the authenticated member only.
• Repricer: adjust listing prices on the authenticated member's own listings, within rules the member has set.
• Catalogue Scanner: match supplier product lists against marketplace data to estimate profitability for the authenticated member only.

SP-API data is never shared with third parties, sold, or aggregated across multiple seller accounts.

4. Data Retention

SP-API data is retained only as long as a member's account is active. Upon account closure or access revocation, SP-API data associated with that account is deleted within 30 days. Members may request immediate deletion by emailing support@the-inner-circle.co.uk.

5. Data Security

All SP-API data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to member data is restricted to authorised personnel only. We do not store SP-API credentials (access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and never logged).

6. Member Rights

Members have the right to:

• Access a copy of personal data we hold about them.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of their data at any time.
• Revoke SP-API access at any time through their seller account settings — this immediately prevents further data access.

7. Compliance

We comply with Amazon's Selling Partner API Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. SP-API data is used solely for the purposes disclosed in those policies and in this Privacy Policy. We do not use SP-API data in ways that violate Amazon's policies or applicable data protection law, including UK GDPR.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
